连接不上可先进行如下排查：
1. 检查手机端的版本和服务端版本是否一致（3.5和4.0版本不能互通）
2. 检查服务端是否运行正常（可在服务端上打开浏览器输入 127.0.0.1:http端口），正常浏览器上会显示Bad Command
3. 检查服务端防火墙是否开启，端口是否有入站规则
4. 应用是部署在内网还是外网，如果部署在外网，使用3G或者WIFI试一下，如果部署在内网，当前手机和服务端是否在一个网段
5.若存在多网卡，选择正确的网卡地址
